Order Review: Please review your order confirmation immediately. We cannot be held liable for instructions not included in the written order, regardless of prior discussions.
Design Acceptance: By picking up your order, you accept the design "as is." We do not guarantee exact color matches. If sending someone else to pick up, we recommend having them send you a photo.
Transportation: Once your order leaves our bakery, you assume responsibility for transportation and any damages. We recommend using an air-conditioned vehicle and transporting on a flat surface.
Cancellation Policy: Orders cancelled within 72 hours of pickup time are non-refundable. Wedding deposits are always non-refundable.
Freshness: Our products are best enjoyed within 24 hours of pickup. Store cakes and cupcakes at room temperature (65-75°F).

Structural Elements: Multi-tier cakes and elaborate designs may contain plastic/wooden dowels for support.
Pickup Hours:
- Monday-Saturday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
